From January 2008 we will be providing interactive Email training sessions for organisations looking to take the stress out of business Email for staff. 

Our training sessions have been designed by the author of Email Survival Guide and involve a high degree of audience participation to reinforce the key messages.  The aim is to help our attendees understand the impact incoming Email has on them, and how their outgoing Emails affect others.

Our training costs very little, and should result in increased job satisfaction, improved efficiency and a fresh approach to communication at work.    All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the Email Survival Guide around which the training is based.

We always tailor our sessions to your organisation and its requirements, and can undertake pre and post training assessments to ensure the benefits are bedded down into the organisation.  Training will be undertaken at your convenience, in small or large groups, and can take place at any location convenient to you.
